You work in small teams, you mainly interact with your client and your manager. So there's no oragniazational commitments.
Cons
Isolotation from the organization, not enought events throughtout the year for the staff to meet each other.

It does have a rah rah culture and the employees are talented and great

The last six months have seen high turnover (Program Manager, HR Director, Accountants) - defining high as at least 5 people no longer with the company out of a total of 60 employees. Pay is WELL below average Benefits are a hot mess - be sure to ask about these if you interview
