    Utilized Ulysses Training Center for call procedures. Great work environment. Enjoyed researching inquiries.

    Cons

    Lack of qualified trainers. Customer call hold times are excessive. Lack of communication between trainers, managers, and employees which can create a chaotic environment.

    Advice to Management

    Better training for managers to train new employees. Better communication on new systems to make a less confusing atmosphere. More help and better employee work ethic to help diminish customer hold times
