I have been working at BlackBerry full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits, great people to work with

    Cons

turn over in sales is a huge problems, new reps last less than a year, management makes poor hires, multiple sales hires looks bad to customers and sales cycles lengthen out or go away.

    Advice to Management

stop being cheap, pay for performance. Sales would be much higher if management actually paid people what they are worth. When you never get a commission check, there isn't any motivation to sell. You would save a lot of money paying more to your employees to encourage them to sell harder. No incentive=no sales
