    Pros

    Plenty of room for advancement, people were very friendly. Safety was improving by the project.

    Cons

    Mentorship needs a huge overhaul. Too many " good ole boys " within the upper management. work/ life balance was tilted more to the work part.

    Pros

    Good local leadership. The company is 100 years old and has a lot of great history with pretty strong values, fair pay and good benefits. Lots of recent and ongoing turnover and restructuring means there are also a lot of opportunities.

    Cons

    Executive leadership has had a lot of turnover and it is a lot more impersonal. More corporate with constant change that is not very well communicated or explained.

    Casual dress Always busy Competitive compensation

    Cons

    Lack of culture because of the revolving door of management staff. No processes in place so there is a lack of continuity between projects and teams. No diversity at the executive level (all white males)
