Pros
Good Work-Life Balance: Betway does offer a reasonable work-life balance, which is essential for maintaining one's well-being
Cons
Lack of Recognition: One of the most disheartening aspects of working at Betway is the consistent lack of recognition. Despite pouring countless hours into my work, it often feels like my efforts go unnoticed or unappreciated. This lack of acknowledgment can be quite demotivating and can negatively impact employee morale. Limited Career Development Opportunities: Betway falls short in terms of providing clear career development paths for its employees. There is a distinct lack of guidance and support for those who wish to advance their careers within the organization. This can be particularly discouraging for ambitious individuals who seek to grow and make a meaningful impact. Inadequate Training and Development Programs: Betway's training and development programs are subpar at best. Employees are often left to fend for themselves when it comes to acquiring new skills or expanding their knowledge. This lack of investment in employee growth can hinder long-term career prospects.

Pros
People are nice and I met great colleagues
Cons
The work flexibility is scam, they are forcing you to come 3 days a week in office without any flexibility at all. If you are not following those role they threatening you to remove this privilege from you. Because for them, working from is a privilege and they are so nice to give you this opportunity. They are going to look nice on LinkedIn with all the activity they are doing, but this is a scam. They don't care about you and you can feel the atmosphere is so heavy. At lot of colleague are fed up with this. Thinking about growing up in the company and increasing your salary, loll. Go somewhere else, you have a better chance.
