I worked at Betclic Everest Group part-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good training, interesting work environment by the nature of its activities

    Cons

Information flow on weekly basis was very poor. Communication between colleagues and departments was pathetic.

    Advice to Management

Create mandatory weekly meetings of 1 hour where both part-timers and full-timers can merge and absorb company news.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Betclic Everest Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are lots of generous, kind, help and clever people here. My team are undoubtedly my favourite thing about the company.

    Cons

Pay and terms and condition could definitely be improved. It's difficult to find an excuse to stay when the job market is so competitive and cost of living is high in Malta.

    Advice to Management

Invest a little more in training and development as well as pay.

    Cons

pay is very low comparing to the industry

    Advice to Management

you lost so many valuable talented people because they were underpaid

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Betclic Everest Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The company allows flexibility and has a very friendly environment There is little sense of hierarchy in the company

    Cons

There is a lower salary compared to average and key positions are strongly centralised. Perhaps there is the feeling that information is not shared evenly across the company. This could be improved with clear goals every quarter.

    Advice to Management

Increase salaries Share knowledge Share information
