    I worked at Bet365 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Rate of pay.
    Excellent training provided.
    Stable company.

    Cons

    Stressful environment
    Unorganised
    Don't care about their staff

    Advice to Management

Stop sitting in your offices watching great people walk out the door. Why invest so much time and effort in training people if you're going to treat them poorly and watch them leave? There's so much potential for it to be a great place to work, but the managers are a let down. As long as they can play golf in peace, they don't care about their team of hard working advisors.

I have been working at Bet365 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People from around the world, that is what I like most.
    Good salary.

    Cons

Once you start work here, everything seems so cool and looks amazing. Once you take off your pink glasses, you start realize how it really works. From what I have seen I can say that this is one of the worst places I have ever worked.

If you want to succeed, the must is not to have values and morals. Just leave your brain, opinions and soul at home and be robot. Never show your humanism as it is undesirable (emotions, anger, dissapointment...) Just follow procedures. Very good thing is also to be friend with people at higher poisitions (even that you don't like them). Highly recommended! This is 100% way how to succeed. Don't expect equal treatment.

    Advice to Management

Don't promote not clever and incapable people. For members of teams is very hard to respect those people.
