Creates a hostile environment, especially for women. · Completely disregarded. 10-hour days are the norm and still not enough. Expected to prioritize work over family and health. · Questionable business practices. If you have integrity, you will be uncomfortable with how customers are treated. · Office is dirty and smells bad. Unpleasant place to spend 10+ hours daily.
