A international company with 20 years under its belt who is still growing! this means that there are opportunities for growth. At BellatRx you can expect amazing people to work with, you don't need to ask twice to get help! and everybody is on a good mood, even when there is a lot of work. There are always fun company events and activities to participate. We have Employee Appreciation Day every month with awesome treats, where managers and directors recognize the hard work that teams put into their everyday. BellatRx is a great place to be at.

Distance may seem far to people coming from Montreal, but the morning its against traffic and there is an employee gym (that's pretty great and well equipped) so that people who dont want to be stucked in traffic can go to if they want.

The boss is very approachable and nice, and there are lots of good workers who are willing to help in this factory.

However the working atmosphere in my previous department is weird. Supervisor is rude and not allowed to have your own opinion . Plus should treat people fairly no matter which gender, I saw woman use their sexuality to get what they want including promotion and It seems it’s allowed here.
