I worked at Bell Canada full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    * employment stability is very high * benefits (health, ESP, discounts) are quite competitive * opportunity to try different roles is encouraged * diversity and inclusion now a primary objective - it may take time, but they mean what they say

    Cons

    * salaries are marginal relative to industry as "Total Compensation" calculation is used to benchmark * this is not your father's Bell Canada - long work hours and significant pressure placed on employees to stretch deliver year over year
