    -they provide medical/dental benefits
    -the pay isn't so bad for beginners in sales
    -nice coworkers if you have a good team

    -management has to work weekends
    -tons of politics and gossiping
    -lack of support from higher ups when going through difficult times
    -super high targets and stress upon employees
    -there is lack of loyalty for veteran employees. they are treated as they can be replaced in no time
    -lack of salary increases
