I have been working at Bell Canada full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

-Ability to work from home (depending on your role and boss)
-Flexible hours (depending on your role and your boss)

    Cons

    -volatile environment
-lack of direction beyond some generic high level imperatives, below that, the direction always follows the "flavour of the day"
-cyclical environment (things change constantly, but always end up at returning to square one....rince and repeat)
    -typical corporate environment
-if you want to stand out, your political game has to be on par to avoid being crushed by one of the many corporate ladder climbers who might feel threatened

    Advice to Management

    -less politics
    -less talking
    -more doing
    (actions speak louder than words)

I have been working at Bell Canada full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers are cool, lots of downtime especially evening shifts, meet new people everyday and help them with phone or network issues.

    Cons

Low compensation, upper management is awful only see you as a number. Sales targets are unrealistic at times and cause your numbers to go down.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees better.
