    I have been working at Bell Canada full-time

    Pros

    Very structured processes, not too demanding, low stress, good benefits. Great environment if you want to do the same job until you retire.
    By 4pm the office is almost empty.

    Cons

    Very bureaucratic. Any changes to the company are met with great resistance.
    Slow paced, declining business.
