    Pros

    Being part of Chemical industry agreement, several more favorable terms apply compared to Trade industry agreement - such as 38 hour week, higher min. salaries etc.

    Cons

    Workload is generally high and not all aspects of work are very well structured and processed and can feel chaotic and overwhelming, before one gets fully on-boarded.
