    Pros

    Stimulating and challenging work environment, on engaging and critical projects with significant impacts on the Canadian Economy.

    Cons

    Some of the work is critically time sensitive and can be very stressful for short periods. The room for error is very slim. This is highly dependent on the specific team.

    amazing benefits and amenities (even for summer students) like the on-site gym that you can use for just a small cost each month and discount on via rail, amazing and friendly people, positive work environment, beautiful open concept and collaborative office space, focus on growth and development of employees, the best company culture!!

    I can't think of any, I had such a positive experience

    Pros

    - leading edge technology. They are in the process of deploying tablets and ultralight laptops with Windows 10 to all bank staff - very collaborative CIO who is creating an open and transparent work environment - great facilities, just about to move back into a beautifully renovated head office fitup with the latest in technology

    Cons

    - better if we were able to fit all staff into the the main head office versus a second building
