Pros
- Wide variety of clients in various industries. Some of them are really interesting - you get to work on all sections of the audit file. I came from another firm and found the learning opportunities here to be greater - managers are friendly and willing to help if you have questions. I find i can go to their office whenever I need to when stuck on something
Cons

It's hard to move up - pay is low compared to the work that you do - their training is almost non-existent. Juniors are trained with Seniors so you'll be wasting time already learning what you know. There isn't professional development
