    Work is thoroughly reviewed so you do not take fall for any mishaps with the client.

    Cons

    No training. They expect you to know everything even if it is your first work experience.

    Varieties of work keep you busy

    Cons

    1. Shadiest managers and partners among the industry. Two faced HR. 2. Zero respect and appreciation to the employees, Tons of yelling and bullying from them. Very hierarchy company culture. 3. Extremely high staff turnovers.

    Pros

    Some clients provide good exposure for technical learning Each team is different and there are pros and cons If you get exposure it is okay for the time being as a stepping stone

    Cons

    Lots of hours for the pay Heavy internal politics and backbiting - you need to play the game to stay alive Forget about merit based - its about who you know (partner) and if people like you (managers and staff) Some teams have no audits or audit hours so it will be tough to get

    Pros

    Great people and really helpful to ensure that I was able to learn and get my work done. They also provided me with training in order to be up to date in CRA rules

    Cons

    The only negative was that the hours were not flexible especially since I worked over 60 hours a week however my manager was really understanding

    Pros

    CBT is growing company, but still it needs a time to get a good name in the market.

    Cons

    CBT hired employees on contract basis, that's why CBT is very famous to hire and fire. Managers are not helpful, some tax Manager are extremely rude and bully, they do not help you in learning and always ready to put blame on juniors.
