    Pros

The people are amazing! No where else will you be in such a supportive encouraging environment while also being challenged and pushed so hard.

    Cons

Really high expectations of every employee, sometimes can be unrealistic

    Advice to Management

Continue to prioritize keeping the culture between offices alive. It's what makes Bain so special and differentiates us for the rest.

I have been working at Bain & Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The culture and the people aspects of Bain are what really sets the firm apart from its competitors. I have never met such a great group of people willing to offer mentor ship and advice to guide your career. You also get the chance to work on excited projects and solve the largest problems facing companies.

    Cons

Travel can drive longer work hours

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your people to drive retention

    Pros

Super smart, talented, supportive culture. Traveling = perk of airline and hotel status, great for personal trips.

    Cons

Travel meant weekday "norm" of working until 10pm. Hard to build community at home.
