I have been working at BNP Paribas full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Depending on the dept you work for and lots of software to learn to create new skills in CV, high salary as compare to other banks.

    Cons

Micromanaged strict ladies division with the other team was pretty noisy that make the environment hectic, no privacy and no work life balance due to the security strict handling in email format and the software setting are not really advance, wording was too small to see and make it more complex to handle, 1 click you dead meat.
