    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at BGR Energy Systems full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    1. On-time salary 2. Free Accommodation & Food 3. Flexible working hours(Don't compare with International standards) 4. Other benefits(Medical, LTA, etc.) as per the Indian market 5. Yearly Games & other Competitions for employees 6. Helpful site-level colleagues & seniors

    Cons

    1. Confused Top Management 2. There are a lot of unrealistic people in H.O. They simply don't want to think practically or I guess they don't have any idea about site-level problems. 3. Long pending increments & promotions of employees. 4. No family accommodation(they provide only bachelor accommodation).

I worked at BGR Energy Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Helped in learning how to handle the project in critical situation. Learned how to monitor the Project and plan the working schedule in order to complete the Milestone to get Proper Cash-flow from the customer. Learnt to tackle the sub-contractors in pathetic situations without affecting the planned work. Individually done the Total Material Reconciliation process during the end of project in view to complete the project.

    Cons

No proper response from some officials. which insist me to get help from top management people. Lethargy in work to complete planned work, which leads to last minute rush to complete the Project.

I worked at BGR Energy Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I have worked in this company for two and half years and i was working for Air Fin cooler division in the procurement team. As an individual i have got opportunity to learn a lot but as an employee i am not satisfied. They may give some good projections during the HR interview but to my knowledge all those projections are humbuk and there is no truth in all those things.

    Cons

I am not aware of other division but especially in the division which i have worked, Management is very poor. If you perform well they will provide more workload to you. If you struggle to perform in some situation due to over load they will threaten you like anything else. The first word that comes from the president mouth is "Sack him" which shows the inefficiency of the top management. There will not be any benefits for the work done by you and there will not be any appreciation also. Its a project oriented company where as the project people are there only to bill the items which are completed and to arrange the transport which even a 10th Std student can do. This is known to everybody in the company but still no improvement. You will not provided any facility such as STD and ISD facility. Even local land line is provided for 3: 1 ratio. Daily allowance to the tour is very less and the worst thing is whenever you are on tour there may be a situation where you have to spend amount from your pocket. Mobile phone allowance will not be provided during the tour and if you request for the same you have to get the itemised bill from the service provider and you have half to highlight the official number you have spoken after that only you will get the permission to claim the amount. No proper management, No system in this company. People will be there to question you but nobody will help you. One of the worst company i have ever worked with all i ll not suggest any of my freinds to work in this company. It is better to sit idle in the home rather than working in this company.
