I have been working at Aviva Canada full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Hard to say because everyone is treated differently. Some work from home

    Cons

Always reorganizing, very high turnover, low employee satisfaction, managers either harass/bully or allow employees to be harassed/bullied. So much backstabbing as leaders try to build their territory. It's been a mess for years with no sign of improvement. HR is complicit with treating employees poorly.

I worked at Aviva Canada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work from home and that's it

    Cons

Role/job descriptions not defined for all staff. Many mangers are 'Bullies' and care more for their development and advancement than yours. Both a high school and politics culture. No opportunities to work with other teams as that's seen as your stealing someone's job . Everything is based on personal relationships so if your not friends with a senior leader forget about advancement.

I have been working at Aviva Canada full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They have work from home, that is about it really. But working on weekends does take away from this so call benefit due to the unrealistic workload.

    Cons

I have developed anxiety just working here, and probable need to seek medical help soon if it gets worst. The blatant disrespect and two-faced managers will get in your head and let you feel like less than a person. If you are not one of the favourites forget trying to advance.

    Cons

Entry level employees are paid less than industry averages-very uk centric company-promotions are given to people in USA/UK/Europe before canadian employees-lack of transparency when decisions are made that directly affect you-they aim to "kill complexity" but the company has a lot of complexities in place-bonuses are based on what managers think you deserve
