Leadership - what leadership? The head of delivery is condescending, arrogant and has no idea what his people do, despite being one of us less than a year ago. The CEO is a sexist pig, who only listens to what he wants to and has an agenda that only he k owns about. Promises of a bonus and pay rise never materialise and the couture is awful, they have no interest in their learners only the money it brings in. Looking forward to the Ofsted rating!
