I have been working at Asurion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great communication by the talent acquisition rep and the hiring staff. Culture is very important to the hiring staff so they take their time to make sure new hires will succeed and be able to contribute to a good culture

    Cons

Wasn't contacted for 2 months after submitting my resume. However, the process went fairly quick after they made contact.

I have been working at Asurion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Smart people focused on development.

    Cons

Overemphasis on executive presence and in the game feedback. Emphasis placed on executive presence sacrifices authenticity. Too much focus on in the game feedback leads to neurotic and overly critical tendencies.

Plenty of parking for new hires at the call centers.

    Cons

Sales environment is eroding the hard won culture and is destroying morale. The level of everyday stress is incredible and only made worse by micro managing senior leadership.
