The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because it used to be a good company, with great people to work with.

VERY toxic workplace. HR was unwilling to do anything to resolve issues of bullying, harassment, sexism and homophobia. Revolving door of toxic management. Poor training and very poor salaries. Benefits kept dwindling over years to the point they were no longer competitive with the industry standard. Very poor upward mobility within the company.
