    Pros

    On the surface the company and its sister company do some very good things, they have a lot of good staff too that go unnoticed

    Cons

    As with most ex public companies the services Aspire offer can be neglected due to their being a lack of profit opportunities, when you are talking peoples lives this is wrong.

    Their flagship software system was not encrypted and any user has full access to people addresses, names, banking details, arrears etc

    Poor management skills in senior and middle management

    Advice to Management

    Value staff more

    Don't pretend to be offering a "premium" service whilst really only chasing a profit.

    Sort out your massive Data Protection issues out

    Pros

    A true reflection of their values, Accountability, Communication, Performance and Flexibility. The people are genuine and the management team lead from the front.

    Cons

    Personal development once past Senior Consultant/ Manager is slow. You can get lost in the day to day and feel like a glorified biller.

    Great company culture with friendly, supportive colleagues

    Cons

    Progression paths for non-consultant/talent specialist functions are unclear and seem to be limited

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing.

    Regular career development discussions would be beneficial to keep loyal staff motivated and engaged.

    They advertise that they are a bpo company. Please don't get confused by them they are just a small company endorsing applicants to different bpo company.

    Don't confuse applicants that you're a bpo company. Stop wasting our time!!!

    I worked at Aspire full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    I was at Aspire for 6.5 years and it was great. I could not do what I do now with out there training and support- I left as I needed a change but the team, management and support is some of the best in the industry.

    Cons

    Great flexibility for senior staff not so much on the more mid level side and can be a bit 'cliquey' but in a company that size is not that bad - over all great working environment

    Advice to Management

    Keep saying thank you to your staff and keep up the training

    Really good vibe in the office everyone is really friendly.
    A lot of flexibility! Work life balance.

    The coffee machine is not that nice..
