There are some positives to working at this company but the negatives greatly out number them I was very unhappy during my time at Artificial Solutions, as were a lot of my colleagues, many of whom were looking for new employment In general I would recommend to everyone to always choose an employer where you can thrive and develop, in addition to being respected and supported by management - these are things ... which definitely not found at Artificial Solutions!

Learn how to manage a company and treat your employees with respect!!

I have been working for ~3 years in Artificial Solutions. Best product in it's field. Great team. Great tech. Flexible hours. Nice office. No corporate culture - this is a good thing!

Management a little bit disorganised, but if you make the effort on your end, it improves things greatly.

Interesting market and technology, very capable and friendly teammates, good atmosphere, nice office perks - drinks, snacks, flexible schedule. Very relaxed and pleasant working environment.

Cons

Management is mediocre, unprofessional, and have no clue and no interest in managing engineers or motivated staff. No product strategy. No company culture and absolutely no career path (they don't think it's important! - e.g. I did not have a performance review in two years)

Advice to Management

Just quit. You're ruining a very promising company.

Pros

The people working here are indeed the most valuable asset in the company. It´s a fairly flat type of organization so whoever worked at big and extremely vertical companies would immediately notice the difference (for good). The fact that the project requires you to work autonomously is an advantage although there might be people who disagree with me. The possibility of working from home when required. Great... product.

Cons

- Not many spaces on commonplaces - I miss a corporate culture - No formal career plan.

Pros

Really happy to have joined this company! International environment, nice and capable people, nice office, and good "plus" like flexitime, free coffee and drinks, free snacks in the afternoon.. and when someone is travelling is also bringing traditional food to share in the kitchen.

The best people I ever met work here. Teneo platform itself is great. Diverse tasks and projects. Telecommuting is allowed. Daily threatments as free cookies , fruit and coffe

No career plans, no trainings available. Salaries are low. Lack of company events. In 2 years I have been working here, I haven't met the CEO.

Take better care to your employees.

Pros

I've been working in this company for years and there's a very friendly environment. Colleagues are brilliant, lots of perks like fresh fruit, biscuits, insurance, flexible hours, travel and possibility of working from home if needed. The technology is very hot right now so lots of activities and applications for the upcoming years.

Cons

Due to the nature of the industry, you are usually working under pressure to meet deadlines and might not have time to work on special projects. Overall, company communication can be improved.

Advice to Management

Take care of your best resource: your employees! They are the main reason why Artificial Solutions is a great place to work.
