First, the way the sales are done is just great, good inventory and people are always willing to help you. My boss Baz is really great and always there to help us. Never felt so good in a new job!

Cons

besides the traffic sometimes that I get to come to work, nothing is bothering me about this place

Amazing coworkers, great atmosphere, ability to grow and make as much money as you want to. The owners of the company and upper management are fantastic to work with, I have been with the company for almost 3 years and they give you all the tools you need to build your own empire. I have never worked at a better establishment where the owners truly care and are hands on always trying to assist you to make more money. This is no job that you have to wait years to ask for a 1$ raise an hour you have the ability to make as much money as you want to based on your work ethic. If you want to have the life you always dreamed of and be financially free this is the place to work. I have doubled my yearly income every year since I started due to the knowledge I have learned and continue to learn from the amazing support of our management. Do not hesitate, do not be worried if you can be good enough as you learn and grow it can only get better and better.

There are inventory shortages everywhere due to the pandemic and the only con is sometimes the lack of inventory available to us. They do a fantastic job of replenishing the inventory when it is hard to find but given this is the only con I have says allot.

not worth being there and getting nothing out of it, you can see it you will make no money here while the boss is living his best life lol they make the drivers pick up trash from the bosses house to throw it back at the office letting his staff do all his dirty work how nice lol

The team has such great energy and positive encouragement! As a new employee and adjusting to the learning curve, it has been great to have the encouragement and welcoming from the whole team! Everyone is very helpful in getting me settled and showing me the ropes. They are all very patient!

Cons

Truthfully, there has not been any downside for the company itself. For me the only drawback is the long commute I currently have which has been an adjustment for the home/work life, which hopefully won't be for much longer!

Pros

Management does provide an open door culture for all employees at Approval Genie. Any ongoing support that is needed is readily given to everyone. The work environment is relaxed; goals are set; support given and the employee is allowed to be creative to reaching their goals, while at the same time know that management is there for guidance/support

Cons

As a Finance Manager, I believe that it is something that can be considered to give us the flexibility of working one or two days from home.

Pros

I have not only been welcomed with open arms from management but also by fellow employees in my office and the other locations. Everyone is really kind and helpful. I really do feel valued also.

-free lunch -tons of freedom -potential to make lots of money but you need to get lucky and be placed in a location like Scarborough or Ottawa

-leads (2 garbage system generated leads per day) -management sucks and does not care for you -GM plays favorites so get ready to smooch or you will fail -always threatens your job during probation period -no hourly pay, draw style system

I have been here for over 6 years, have not had issue. Time management and scheduling is very important. As long as you control your time and task, there should be no challanges.
