I worked at Aon for less than a year

    Pros

Good work/life balance Friendly environment No pressure

    Cons

Bad training : the training does not prepare you for the job, you essentially have to learn on your own Nature of the workload : barely working except during rush hours where you will get staffed on tasks you were not trained to do and seniors are not available to explain how to do the tasks (technical tasks with their software so cannot find out by yourself).

    Pros

Flexible hours, great benefits, amazing culture in the office. Very supportive of personal and career growth. Good work life balance.

Training could be better. You are very much thrown in expecting to figure a lot of things out as you go which is good and bad.
