Aon is a reputable company and one of the best and largest brokers to work for. Good experience, good to have on resume. Global company so potential to relocate and move up exists.

Work/life balance is poor. Not a great place to work for employees and can be very stressful. Definitely there are better organizations within the insurance industry to work for. Organizational structure is a mess
