Hello, Thank you for your review! We are glad that you are finding ways to communicate the way that you would like to grow here at Angus Systems. Regarding the unexplained cultural rules, we are trying to bridge that gap. We now use Notion for the Knowledge Base which explains a lot about how we do things here. Also, we are building a new employee handbook that will help explain the culture in more detail, especially for people who started during the pandemic.
