Amur management at all levels support their staff and encourages them beyond their comfort level to get to the position of their choosing. They allow you to grow and provide the tools necessary to get there. Working at Amur is Family! Teams truly care about each other. All management have an open door policy making you feel heard and respected.

Independence gives us our room to grow into the finance company we want to be. We can make decisions that make sense for our customers and AMUR. Great to be part of a team that is growing and will be the number one independent finance company . Benefits are second to none. Ability to earn as much as you can imagine with hard work.
