      Pros

      Overall pretty good company to work for. Pay was competitive. growth was assisted and encouraged. effort was recognized and rewarded. little to no micromanagement.

      Cons

      You will never get off on time. 15-17 hour shifts were a regular occurrence. outdated equipment.

      Pros

      I worked in a very busy and fast paced area. I gained lots of experience.

      Cons

      Calls were back to back 24/7. It was exhausting and mentally draining seeing horrible things all day for $18/hr.

      Pros

      Great experience. I used AMR to gain experience to eventually become a Flight Paramedic. The incentives for working overtime had me making great money, with no student loans.

      Cons

      Management/ Employee separation. It was common to feel like upper management didn’t care about crews.

      Pros

      Rewarding work, good benefits and great providers.

      Cons

      Management often threatens/berates employees or accesses personal info for business use, multiple lawsuits for violating labor laws. Don’t get comfortable, average turnover from voluntary/involuntary termination here is 1.5 years.

      -Solid sign on bonuses and pay -Local leadership far more understanding than most -Big push to improve the operation

      Cons

      -Employees can be abusive of equipment and vehicles -Corporate HQ will push into contracts whether local op is ready or not -Has moments of chaos and disorganization
