Hard work but rewarding
May 14, 2019 - Anonymous Employee in Winnipeg, MBRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Freedom to work your own hours, great mentor ship who help you with whatever you need. Most importantly (for me)the ability to make a LOT of money.
Cons
Have to be willing to work hard, if your looking to just check in and check out doing the bare minimum this is not the position for you.

Pros
Flexible Work Schedule Potential to earn a lot of money
Cons
team cultures vary quite a lot meaning you can end up on a team that does not really care about your development. Very repetitive in the sense that you are doing phone calls and video calls every single day saying the exact same script

Pros
- Great potential to earn a lot of money
Cons
Make sure this is what you really want before you commit. You make a commitment to the job before you can legally work for them & sign a contact. Yes, the money you could make sounds very appealing but you have to invest a lot your time and money ($350 for the course to legal perform the duties). Which you must study - if you do not pass the LLQP your first time - you must feel trying until you get it (if you choose to continue).. Just something to think about.. They don't completely entail that in the interview process

Pros
There is a lot of money to be made as long as you are driven and willing to give a lot of time and effort. Managers are always there beside whenever you have questions or need help. I'll definitely be working here for a while and I encourage anyone to come in and check it out.
Cons
You will definitely need some "start up cash" to get you going on your first week or 2.

Pros
Definitely a place to learn, strong organizational culture, unlimited opportunities. You can make a lot of money if you actually work hard
Cons
Going to clients houses can be uncomfortable, not for everyone

Pros
Potential to make a lot of money, schedule that’s fits around life and family
Cons
Hours are long and working for them takes up your entire day and evening. 10:30-9 Bosses push you to be productive, if you don’t preform well you have to work with your boss.
