Pros
They encourage people to grow in their career.

The Company is partnered with the doctor group which creates a power struggle between admin and the clinicians.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at American Dental Partners full-time for more than a year
Pros
the pros are that you get 401k, some benefits
Cons
the cons are micromanagement. They belittle you. They waste so much time doing unnecessary procedures. That time could be used to provide treatment that are really needed to patients

Pros
Attracts hard workers, offers a decent benefit package.
Cons
Takes advantage of the hard workers it attracts. Late hours, early hours, weekend hours. Pay is below market. Organization is almost cult like, as if you need to be "deprogrammed" after working there after any extended length of time. Ultimately, hard workers are valued only as long as they help achieve the bottom line and aren't truly appreciated as people.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at American Dental Partners full-time
Pros
Work Life Balance. You can work from home during winter. Free Coffee, Milk, and Soda. Staff are friendly and very welcoming.
Cons
Lack of structure. American Dental Partner attracted many many great talents. Unfortunately, people don't last over 3 years. There are many things that need to change and when it comes time to implement those changes, veterans refuses to adapt and people will get frustrated and quit.

I worked at American Dental Partners full-time for more than a year
Pros
The best part of the job is when you have really great coworkers, and the knowledge that I gained
Cons
The pay (raises were rare), benefits were so expensive and barely covered anything before deductible, they will over work you and not want to compensate you.
