    Pros

    Met and worked with so many creative people. There was a high learning curve, open to new ideas, great team atmosphere

    Cons

    There were many days with long hours. A lot of turn over not enough training and support, sometimes drama by younger staff.

    Advice to Management

    it would be great to implement new staff training programs, keep a high quality product made in the usa, and strong team spirit!

    Advice to Management

    Take the time to make sure your employees are fully trained and confident to do the job. A new but competant employee shouldn't have to continually ask for training from their supervisors.
