    Very easy to grow with the company if you show potential.

    Not enough management to delegate tasks, everything falls on you and not enough time to complete everything needed to get done.

    discounts on clothing, that's about it

    Cons

    management and HQ are very irresponsible, did not pay the promised wage amount but did not get any compensation. urges sales associates to "sell" but keep only 1-2 employees on floor during peak hours to cut expenses.
