    Poor workload balance and forecasting. Limited career advancement opportunities. Easy to get stuck in one area of work. Complex, confusing and ever changing management structure.

    Worker harder to keep your best employees. Give individual offices more freedom. Invest in new technologies and data management solutions. Ween off reliance on mega projects and clients to help with stability during poor economic times.

    - Big reputation - Laid back work - Learnt the process of the project engineering - Good benefits for full time employee

    - Did the work that no full time employee wanted to do - Not challenged
