I have been working at Amaris full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Team spirit/company culture - International mobility - Entrepreneurial spirit - People-focused

    Cons

This is a fast growing company so maybe it should be made clear during the recruitment process that even if everything is virtually possible to accomplish, it comes with hard work and dedication.

I worked at Amaris full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very independent and challenging work Fast career track if high performer Youth

    Cons

Your mileage varies completely depending on who your direct manager is. There is no standardized sales, marketing, or leadership framework and as such you pretty much have to pray that your manager is competent Basically a staffing firm, they'll hire you full time and pretend to value you but will fire at a moments notice

    I worked at Amaris

    Pros

Good salary, improved benefits, a lot of activities

    Cons

Business oriented. Managers are in reality agents managing your career. Maybe loose of some skills due to changes from domain to another one.

I worked at Amaris full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some projects are really interesting Colleagues are very nice

    Cons

Extremely low salary Poor benefits (if any) Promotions are based on favoritism rather than talents/performance Bullying methods to make people resign If you want to see how you can combine the worst part of a start-up (lack of structure) and the corporate ladder problems of a big company, Amaris is for you Management is highly toxic, managers are interested in how they can take your work to be promoted Selling training program which is in fact their own people training themselves to present in front of a client Don't hope to go to any external training or conference, it is reserved only to the high ranking
