Pros
Great company culture that offers great flexibility. You get every 10th day you work off. The CEO is very forward thinking and approachable. The work is rewarding. Commission structure is generous. Team members are great. Very positive and inclusive culture.
Cons
They are 100% remote first culture but offices are still open if you enjoy going in. Most people work remote.

Pros
- Remote work - Flexibility - Commission structure with no cap
Cons
- Stress; many people stay behind to catch up to never-ending work and KPIs - Depending on your team, you can have a manager who micromanages heavily (lots of turnover) - Staff are being terminated across every team with and without warnings (new and tenured) - Not many opportunities for career advancement I am positive many of the 5 star reviews on this website are fake; proceed with caution. When you join, they will preach positivity but you will slowly see all the toxic behaviours

It’s unclear from this review whether you are a current or former employee. If you are currently working with our team, please reach out to HR (or any senior leader you’re comfortable raising this with) so we can support you. The mental wellbeing of our team is something we take very seriously and we would want to quickly address any concerns. We strive to create a work environment that champions balance for employees and many of our benefits contribute to this goal. We’ve recently developed and shared our firm’s Disconnecting From Work Policy, in which we encourage our team members to disconnect outside of core business hours. We further support by offering 24 annual Flex Days (to allow for a greater work-life balance), Health & Wellness Days (that can be used for physical, emotional, family or relationship health), and by being a remote-first workplace. If at any point a team member is feeling overwhelmed by their workload, we encourage them to seek support from HR and all of our leaders. Delivering amazing results for our customers AND leading a happy and fulfilled life is possible with planning, insights and supports. Regarding your other comments, we’ll keep it brief. We’ve implemented careering pathing to demonstrate growth opportunities and we’d be happy to discuss these with you. Many of our team members have grown their accountabilities, enhanced existing skill sets, or tried their hand at a new seat – we’re confident there’s opportunities for development available to you. We’ve moved away from KPIs in the way that you’re discussing them. We foster an environment of inclusion and collaboration, and our HR Team is available to address any concerns around toxicity. We’re committed to tackling the issues head-on, when brought to our attention. If at any point you wish to discuss your experience with us in greater detail, we’re open to hearing from you.

Pros
Some of the girls you work with will become your friends for the rest of your life. Because how can you NOT bond over experiencing the definition of business practices going terribly terribly wrong.
Cons
DO NOT WORK HERE. -no internet access -they will time you to the minute of when you log into your computer in the morning and when you log out at the end of the day -lunch breaks are only from 12-1 (TO THE MINUTE) -Want to go have lunch with a friend and not a co-worker in the lunch room? be prepared for the third degree on why you aren't joining the CULT -Commission is supposed to be a 'paid for performance' model. Work at Altis if you want to work 12 hour days with the most demoralising commission structure. -NO BONUS - unless you want to compete against everyone in the company playing pre-school themed games during 3 months of the year and then be paid out in mall gift cards and forced to spend it all in one day. -This office environment is the definition of the management divide. Senior management (all the way up to CEO) are the most passive aggressive women I have ever met. WOW could they ever twist your words to make you feel humiliated, stupid, and not important. Overall this company is a JOKE. Commission structure really just pays the company and not you. There is a reason why there are only 3-4 assocaites that have stayed past 5 years! There is a reason why they only higher new grads who don't know any better! There is a reason why they don't encourage you to speak in private! There is a reason why there is no career path! - nobody stays long enough for there to be a need for progression

Pros
-9/10 day work week -Flexibility - remote work
Cons
The company makes a huge deal about “diversity” but coincidentally every person of color on my team was let go. I watched maybe 6-7 people get fired before it was my turn. They didn’t even give a concrete reason why…. No warning, no performance plan, nothing. Coincidentally it was shortly after I revealed I had a (non visible) disability. So much for diversity! There’s also no job security…. Everyone is constantly on edge because of the frequent firings. Commission structure is not transparent at all and there were times I didn’t receive all the commission I was owed. The training is also not great and I suspect this is why they prefer to hire people with experience. There is extreme favouritism and honestly getting let go was the best thing that ever happened to me! I received another offer shortly after with higher pay at a company that’s a way better fit. I can’t imagine how those who weren’t so lucky dealt with being fired. Stay away from this company if you can! Everything they promise is truly too good to be true. Pay is better elsewhere anyways!

Thank you for your note, and based on your request, we won’t ask you to reach out to HR or our leaders. For context, we are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, including race, religion, gender and sexual identity, ability and disability, both visible and invisible – and in no way would any parting with an employee be based on race as you suggest, or on revealing a disability. This is unreasonable. If you discussed requiring an accommodation, we would have gone to great lengths to provide a plan and supports. Any parting with an employee would include a significant performance development plan, and many discussions as we did with you. We have a process for performance coaching and goals would have been established. As you know, the tenure of a majority of our teams is extensive. Despite many conversations and written emails that occurred, parting ways can sometimes feel painful. We felt that we invested significantly in your professional growth, and are disappointed that our efforts didn’t resonate with you. If you were concerned with your earnings, we trust that you raised the issue. If you believe you are owed a commission that was unpaid, this is essential that you reach out – you can email payroll and they will help you. Any error, if there is one, would be addressed promptly. We’re very happy for you that you have found a new role, and this will be exciting to begin a new chapter. Despite this review, we are in support of you in any way going forward – and wish you the best.

Pros
Office has a good central location , can’t think of any other!
Cons
They fire employees a week before they complete their 6 months probation for reasons unknown! Saw this happening to at least 4 of the fellow co workers in one year. Pay is extremely low with an even more demotivating commission structure.

Pros
nice office. that's about it.
Cons
Everything. -commission structure is awful. you make no money and owe the company tens of thousands of dollars in contribution before you can take anything home -toxic cult like work culture (very manipulative management tactics to get you to stay longer and work harder) -high burn out rate/revolving door -impossible metrics/watched constantly -no career growth -no work/life balance/cant take breaks

Over the last 30 years, and certainly at an accelerated rate over the last 5 years, we’ve made enormous strides in our overall employee experience. Our team members achieve great things personally and professionally. As you know, our workforce is remote and thus, it’s not clear what breaks you’re referring to. If you are at home and working, you would take the breaks you need. You refer to a burnout rate which we have not seen. The emotional wellness of our teams is strong, and we continue to monitor this and to enhance our offerings to make mental health a focus for our leaders and teams. If you are a current employee, please speak with HR or your team manager to develop your career and balance. If you have been laid off and are angry, speak with us and allow us the opportunity to offer you support in this area. All our best.

Pros
altisHR is a place where you can learn, grow and push yourself to your full potential. They create a work environment that allows you to be successful and they are there to celebrate that success with you. Here are my top pros: - Strong management team & CEO - Lots of personal growth potential - Supportive work environment - Great commission structure - Fun & entertaining work culture
Cons
If you are looking for a 9:00am to 5:00pm type of job, this is not the right place for you. This job requires you to put in extra hours, but you will see the benefits of your hard work in the long run.
