Since there are lot of them. To list a few. 1. I have never seen a company in my professional career which has breached its own contract policies in terms of terminating its employee. 2. They will end your tenure without as mentioned 1 month notice period. As soon as their client would not provide budget for the resource and company do not deem any profit from the resource anymore, they will end your contract without a proper 1 month notice period. 3.The company would deduct any amount from your salary as they wish without any justification and intimation. 4. Anything they promise about allowances and compensation cannot be trusted upon. 5.Managment most of all is pathetic in their professional conduct.They will not entertain your issues and queries and do not find themselves responsible for providing explanations.
