      Pros

      Nice, friendly people. Laid back office environment.

      Cons

      Sales class is geared towards Business Development agents. No benefits for contract employees. Lack of proper support to succeed in the role. Added stress by being left to try and figure things out and ask colleagues when proper extensive training on services would help agents be successful.

      They provide a decent hourly pay

      Cons

      no benefits no time off almost impossible to hit commission Allstate rates are ridiculously high so no one every wants to switch to them if you don't sell you risk being fired no room for growth

      Busy and plenty to do to help customers and staff. Work full time. Assist agency owners with daily operations. Flexible with time off reqest.

      Cons

      No benefits available for non Corporate staffing, responsible for continuing education fees and dues, really not any other cons available
