      Unproductive, Disorganized and Toxic

      Pros

      Stay away. This place is run by folks whose ego sways every decision they make. The organization has middle managers who don’t know what they are doing, are disorganized and are not much help to the many brokers across the province. Head office is one of the most poorly run places I’ve ever worked. If you work at one of the other office it might be okay but head office is toxic.

      -Comfortable setting, with small staff- 5 employees total -Owners of business fairly flexible, understanding and accommodating - "commission" paid in cash for new business brought in

      Cons

      - No room for advancement/ progression in career - No benefits - No support for higher education - Very disorganized, and poor communication amongst owners/ staff

      flexible work hours - outside sales option

      Cons

      No guidance what so ever from management. Extremely unethical operations took place on a daily basis.Rules and regulations are bent and broken with absolutely no regard to industry norms.
