    If you aren't on a good team, there is potential for some pretty bitter burnt out colleagues, however this is the exception not the rule and same as anywhere else.

    Toxic and incompetent HR Leadership Team. A lot of the HR Managers/Directors have been around for a long time aka "The Originals." They are very much a command and control style. Especially the one with the British accent. Balant favoritism towards members of the HR team - look who they promote, its normally their friend or someone they feel they can micromanage No team building - the leaders prefer a lack of cohesion on the team so they can maintain their "power"
