    Pros

    You know how much you will make being a unionized employee, and with time, you will get seniority to chose your destinations and days worked. Great lifestyle

    Cons

    Income in the beginning is low and the schedule is unpredictable. Little room to make supplemental income. Job security is based on the state of the economy. Challenging for people with children or other responsibilities at home.

    Great travel perks, ability to meet many people around the world, extremely professional, company is expanding a lot, good amount of days off per month (12-16 days).

    Cons

    Layovers can be fairly short on most destinations, many flights combined together in one day which makes it exhausting.
