    Good commission structure, flexible working hours.

    Cons

    Money is the most important of all for management and overall company structure. HR complaints go into the back of the closet, and are not dealt with, especially if that individual is making money. High turnover at the branch and national level. Management takes commission cuts that they do not earn, and when it's brought to the attention of management, it's simply looked over. Multiple employee complaints about the same HR issues, and nothing is done over a few years with multiple employees leaving because of it; money is more important than the well-bring of their employees. A very toxic work environment that made going to work like walking on eggshells.

    Advice to Management

    Take HR complaints seriously and action them immediately. Work with employees to solve the issues and create forums for employees to make changes in a positive manner. Money is important, but so are your employees making the money. The turnover you're experiencing nationally is due to your lack of focus on employee moral.

    -Sr leadership team is all from randstad - very knowledgeable, intelligent, great sales training, good creative ideas on how to capture new business, sales events were top notch and tips really worked -Marketing team is one of the best in the industry - sales material are creative, in abundance, engaging, internal contests are very good and produce results -Mature workforce of recruiters - everyone knows their part, knows their job, and does it well -Boot camp training is the best in the industry - great for beginners or those new to industry -Everything you do is incentivized - commission structure for perm and temp is very lucrative and competitive -Bullhorn - best system in the business probably, works for you, makes life for recruiters very simple and easy - no time wastage on stupid admin things -Open door policy is true - you can talk to craig brown or nicola malcolm, they're approachable, intelligent and have great advice to give

    -Cut throat and ruthless like randstad in terms of attrition - high turn over internally because metrics and expectations are not flexible -Bad branch managers - micro managing, unsuccessful examples for team, don't hire internally right -Lots of bickering and cattiness over commission, you have to fight for what yours, you have to make sure you document everything so you have proof -brand isn't too well established yet, so getting people to listen to you on a coldcall is tough -DG engineering doesnt share with TC, so the two verticals dont work together, lots of lost opportunities -No career growth opportunities internally - you will die a recruiter. not a great place for young people/millennials looking to grow but great stepping stone

    Keep going but stay flexible, the work culture and environment is too stifling, you will grow but you need to keep your workforce happy - reputation is everything in every way ; improve on becoming a workplace young people can actually grow a career with, esp. if they dont want to remain a recruiter forever

    Pros

    Awesome culture. They hire experienced professionals who know their stuff and let them do their jobs without micromanaging. Great incentives - reward trips, annual bonus, good commission structure. Fun people, not stuffy.

    Cons

    This is not really a con about the company, more so the industry. It's a very performance based industry, very competitive. If you don't perform, then you'll be let go. But that's just business....there's no where to really hide underperformance in this industry - your numbers are too transparent.

    Great resources to all consultants to perform their best. Decent commission structure in place and benefits. Very competitive total comp... Nice environment.

    Senior management doesn't like to roll up their sleeves and go find business opportunity to their teams....
