In order to move up you have to quit they will not promote within even though they say they do

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your concerns. I have checked with our COO and he did not write this. We do have a great gym and flexible hours. We have also recently promoted 2 people from within. Depending on the department, it can be hard to promote from within based on niche skill set. However, we try our best especially if you are in Production, Test and/or Engineering. Thanks for the feedback.

Favoritism, Bad Management. Todd is a pothead. Not sure how their government contractors would feel about that if they knew. Hires undocumented workers. Management are nothing but stuck up butt kissers.
