Management seemed a bit distant in taking feedback and very hands on at times, often to the extent of micromanaging even with limited experience.

Management was absolutely horrible—completely disconnected from their employees with little to no mentoring or support. Expectations were unrealistic, and the work environment was extremely demanding. Managers rarely listened or advocated for their teams, and when issues arose, it often felt more like being attacked than helped.
