I worked at ATS (Airport Terminal Services) full-time

    Pros

Good company, good coworkers, ok pay.

    Cons

No support from regional USA management, poor HR, lazy union members.

    Advice to Management

Union shouldn't drive the business. Need more education for employees. Money is good but could be better.

I worked at ATS (Airport Terminal Services) full-time

    Pros

Awesome colleagues and if you want to make friend this is the right place.

    Cons

Everything other than pros. Extremely short staff which leads to flight assigned right on your shift start, short rest to almost no rest , 2 to 3 crews per flight incl. Lead. Westjet takes on way too many overweight cargos, wage is 17 to start but very slow increase. If you are doing just 7 flights a day you are very lucky.

    Advice to Management

I worked at ATS (Airport Terminal Services) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Some downtime between flights.
    - Decent benefits

    Cons

    - Poor management within the company.
    - Co-workers can be toxic at times.
    - Winter season is incredibly stressful.
    - Prone to health issues.
    - Salary is incredibly bad at $11.61/hr for a ramp agent.
    - No room for advancement.
    - Can consume your life with no time spent on other things because of the shift pickups due to the poor salary to begin with.

    Advice to Management

Treat your workers with dignity. No wonder the turnover rate is high here.

    Pros

    -super cool experience
-you meet people from all walks of life
-opens up a million doors in the aviation industry 👍👍
    -awesome benifits (full time)
    -

The list goes on and on, all im saying is 3 months ago I didnt know a thing about airplanes and now im literally pulling/ pushing them around! Its a job in which you get what you put in. I made crew chief in 3 weeks, cant wait to battle this winter 👊

    Cons

About the only Con I ever hear is the starting pay. Sure you start off at minimum wage (YWG) but like I said in the "Pros" you get what you put in 👍
-i personally enjoy early mornings, but that may be an issue for some

    Advice to Management

Stay Involved, and keep the smiles flowin' baby, recognize when moral is down because when moral is down so is involvement and productivity! I have zero issues with my managment along with my peers.
