Management is worst I have ever seen in my career, dirty politics even with employees, no humanity, all they prefer is night shift even they force developers to work in night, no target for the day no exact ending time to your shift time you will be working till your eyes closed due to sleep (continuously work for 16 hrs is general) even after that ready to face anger of your reporting as well as CEO. They forget what employee's did for the organization and since what time working for organization. There is no concept of appreciation, only persons who is close to management and ready to do any thing for them will get appreciated and promoted. This company is not even ISO certified but reacts as MNC. Considering Asentech's view all MNC's are fool as they follow proper process.

1.Management is Super political and employees who does buttering will get hike. There is NO value of work you do. 2.All Policies are worst and anytime can be changed according to them. e.g. Leave policy, Notice period policy,work timings WITHOUT thinking of employees. 3.No growth for employees and no work life balance at all.They expect you to most of the weekends. 4.They don't arrange ANY training for you. 5.They treat you as a SLAVE and ask for work as much as possible. 6.You wont get leaves easily and have to work every day 10+ hours. 7.NO work life balance. 8.2% or 3% hike you will get even if you work well. 9.CEO couple is completely political and don't have manners to talk to employees. 10.They have notice period of 3 months and worst thing is they normally ask you to beyond that period and if you deny that they wont give you experience letter. 11.They are SO cheap in terms of employee benefits. 12.They work in shift timings and which ALWAYS get extends that normal 9 hours.
