- Opportunity to learn due to lean nature of the organization. - Not a lot of process will allow you to execute with speed. - Entrepreneurial environment, open to new ideas/opportunities. - Product samples (office and school supplies).

- The industry is declining and changing and the company does not have the correct resources and mindset to keep up. - There are departments with horrible managers who are highly unprofessional. Their bad habits are contagious and accepted, so watch out! With that being said, it's not common but there are some good managers. - No focus on employee growth, learning, and professional development. - Lean to the point that it hurts employees work-life balance and it hurts the company's output. - Culture includes a lot of gossiping, throwing people under the bus, negativity. You see it everyday! This is not normal, please fix this. Don't recommend leaving any job to join ACCO Canada. There's a lot of companies out there that will treat their employees better and with a better foundation (resources, leadership, strategy).
