Cons

Pros
Owners, managers and employees all have positive energy ! Everyone is headed in the direction of motivation. Everyone works hard as well as gets along with one another. We’re like a really large family that’s there to help you no matter what. Energy is great!
Cons
It’s for those who want to be above average. These people do push to be the best and nothing will stop them.

Pros
Not even a single good thing
Cons
They mislead the people, They don't disclose any detail of the company or job profile and cheat new comers and freshers. If you are not mature enough and dont ask cross questions in your second interview they will keep you in dark. Training is unpaid and they say we will give you another training free of cost if you want as if they are doing obligation on us to give training. There is not Pay cheque and you get commission as you sell by roaming around in various retail outlets. They show as if the company and profile is very very good and professional and keep you in dark.

Pros
- Friendly people (co-workers) -You make friends -Morning routine is fun -Favouritism (if you're pretty, you'll be fine cause the male managers will pay more attention to you)
Cons
-ITS DOOR TO DOOR but they never tell you that initially, any company that lies to you about this from the beginning is a red flag right there -Entirely commission based. -8 days of unpaid training (THEY TELL YOU THIS ON THE THIRD WEEK) before you go by yourself, no reimbursement for gas you use to drive to locations as far as 90km in a day not including km you drove to get to the office in the morning or back home at the end of the day. You will likely carpool with other employees who won't pitch in. Consider public transit. -No benefits/coverage. (even though managers promise it, eventually, more lies) -They fire you if you rub them the wrong way (ex. not following their hours even though they say you can work on your own terms) -The effort, time and gas spent isn't worth the commission and money you're making -Forced to lie to customers

Pros
a learning opportunity, a place to get started
Cons
door to door sales, not much development
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Energetic team but I just don't get why they are so energetic.
Cons
1. Full of lies: They won't tell you that you are not going to get paid till your third week. That too is commission based. 2. Door to door sales job: No where B2B marketing or any big thing like that. 3. Meaningless morning meetings: Total time waste 4. Deceiving ignorant customers with wrong information to get the commission. 5. Interview process: Total scam. No way they are going to tell you that you are going to get only commission and that too from third week. Sometimes they'll promise you that it's paid training period. Until you start the job you'll be in the dark.

Pros
An overall good atmosphere in the office. Friendly people, it is all about sales so if you are a good seller you would be fine for the first interview. The interview is not stressful, basic questions are asked.
Cons
The first interview is too short, to really understand what is the main purpose of the company. There was a lot of people waiting for the interview in the office, you feel like they accept everyone for the first interview so your resume doesn't count a lot.
