Every growing company has growing pains but their attitude to fix any roadblocks in timely matter is always make it worth any time of Flex.

Pros

I truly love what I do for the people that work here. It’s collaborative, positive and exciting to be a part of a company that’s in its biggest growth phase. We are literally part of the team that is shaping the companies culture and setting it up for a successful and remarkable future. I feel empowered to make decisions and enjoy working in an environment where feedback is not only encouraged, it’s often listened to and implemented. There is so much talent in our organization and it’s not “hidden.” Those who work hard shine among their peers and are encouraged to grow in their careers. There’s no negativity or anyone holding you back from growth. Thats all dependent on you. The senior leadership team is a well balanced group of professional individuals who really work together to drive results. I’ve never seen a company with such unity among a team like this.

Cons

With growth and change come some likely hurdles. I don’t see this as much of a con though. We have the right leadership in place to navigate these challenges and take us to the next level.

Pros

Many opportunities can exist thru the company due to its size like needing continue education classes to maintain license. Upper management seems to genuinely care of how the employees feel about working at 42 North Dental and are willing to listen to ideas for improvement.

Cons

My hygiene experience with commission positions and not commission positions---place everyone on an hourly wage and go from there---working commission I feel just opens the door to negatively among co workers and may even effect pt care.

Pros

Accountable, enthusiastic CEO, management team and clinical affairs team.

Cons

New software program : Navigable, but not as intuitive or clinically user friendly as our previous software.
