    Pros

    Dedicated training team, really invest into your development transparent company direction, C level candid information smart, caring coworkers independent company great perks - unlimited PTO, give back to the community through dedicated company events like walks, volunteering at shelters, etc significant company growth trajectory

    Cons

    at times client demands are burdensome, but no different than any other agency

    Lack of executive leadership Inconsistent team experiences (some teams work long hours and don't take PTO) The client always comes first, no matter what

    Tell the company what direction you want to go and leverage all the smart people in the company to build a plan to get there

    - While it s in theory great to have unlimited PTO it really is not realistic for some employees which are really only Managers by title but do not have people that will cover on their account.       Open office plan (not a great work environment for introverts or people who think best without interruption), luckily we can WFH when we need to and this shouldn't be too surprising since most digital companies are set up like this, some hand-holding for people who aren't performing well instead of just being explicit with expectations/ending the relationship.

      Advice to Management

      Continue to nurture your top performers & make sure there are opportunities for them (promotions & financial compensation) in order to keep them at 3Q.

      Working cross office isn't for the faint of heart. Luckily, we only span 3 timezones but it is still tough sometimes. More often than not, 3Q teams tend to be concentrated in certain offices (so it's less of an issue), but some aren't.       Review industry salaries on a regular basis. At risk of losing or not attracting stronger talent. Continue to be transparent - it goes a long way! Slow down promotions - we are getting top heavy. Furthermore, people will start expecting promotions and raises more quickly Focus on expanding business/clients outside of the Silicon Valley

      Pros

      3Q is a fast growing and expanding company! You will need to wear many different hats/shoes and therefore learn new things and do a lot of challenging tasks that will benefits you and your career. People here are also very motivated and nice. I love the work from home option and Thursday lunch!

      Cons

      Pay is okay and sometimes unlimited PTO isn't too great... will have to figure out how many PTO my teammates took and I will have to try not to go over too many days, so I don't look bad even if I get my work done.
