    Pros

    New job sites everyday Somewhat independent work Got to meet interesting people Got to keep some cool stuff like furniture/books/gadgets at times Co-workers were great people though it would always be changing. Its a decent job if you need quick work and wanna get full time hours in 4 days.

    Management and owner were very rude and inconsiderate towards employees Owner would come up with new rules every week and forget about it The place was a revolving door for employees There was a profit share based off of how much drivers would recycle wood, paper, furniture, metal, wires etc... but that would always be changing depending on the owners mood which went against the company policy if I recall... correctly Long days like 12 hours at times and no overtime though we did sign on to that

    1) Some staff were friendly and the team leaders were nice also. 2) We got paid... 3) They will hire just about anybody. 4) Paid training - I recommend you take the paid 2 weeks training and just quit afterwards if you don't like it and if you do hey - each to their own, that way you get paid to sit in a classroom learning for 2 weeks and see if you like it, that's what A LOT of people seem to do here. 5)... Sometimes there was free food and games for money, the atmosphere was good on some days but that was more down to the staff at the time and not the job itself.

    1) They do anything to get out of paying your bonus. 2) You get docked commission for things out of your control (for e.g. services the company doesn't provide therefore you can't sell to them...so you lose a sale or get docked commission for saying otherwise. 2) Calls are monitored and reviewed and they make you listen to your own calls back, embarrassing.... 3) Big brother mentality/slave drivers - you only... get paid while your logged into your phone basically and the phone auto answers so you can't ring them back or finish what you were doing it just automatically goes onto the next call! 4) Don't expect to have a social life whatsoever while working here, 5 am starts any 5 days out of 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. 5) Make sure to arrive 20 minutes earlier than your already ridiculously early 5/6 am shift to give the god awful computers time to boot up and get you logged in.

    Advice to Management

    Stop treating staff like machines, there is a second class citizen mentality when it comes to the inbound sales agents compared to all the other corporate staff for e.g. Huddle (daily meeting in the break room) which inbound sales staff can't attend because they're tied to their desks taking 100+ calls a day.

    -Great people -The most positive and nurturing environment. -Decent pay for the work -Hires internally and works hard to hire the right people

    -Terrible call centre hours. I did not enjoy the schedule rotation -Often sick due to lack of consistency in hours and changing office cubicles with over 100 other agents.

    Advice to Management

    -Have part time schedule rotations -Aim to have consistency in scheduling so that agents can have a life.
