I have been working at iMDsoft full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

It all depends very much on which department/team you work in. But here is my experience from Professional Services:

    - Very good career opportunities, (but only if you work in the TLV office).
    - Very inspiring work environment.
    - People are very friendly and happy to help and assist their colleges even without getting credit for it.
    - Flexible work hours as long as you do your job properly.
    - Excellent VP of PS.
    - Opportunities to go abroad.
    - The company is very morally high and very honest with its customers. No one is asked to lie or bending the truth.
    - Nice new offices in a very good location for employees commuting from outside of TLV.

    Cons

It all depends very much on which department/team you work in. But here is my experience from Professional Services:

    - The Csol Dev/QA team is managed very poorly.
    - Salaries have become better but are still not where they should be, especially for employees who worked in the company for very long. Their salaries are much lower than new recruits. Which is very sad as many qualified long time employees has left because of this.

    Advice to Management

    - Ensure that salaries of long time employees are at least on same level as new recruits.
    - The Csol Dev/QA teams need a change of management approach.
    - Offer better career opportunities for employees outside of the TLV office.
